Five gold stars representing a positive review

Reviews are the difference between 'I'm not sure' and 'when can you start?'. They also drive your map pack ranking. If you're picking one growth lever this year, more reviews is probably it.

When to ask

The day the job wraps up. Not a week later. Not when you get around to it. The day of, while the homeowner is standing in their finished space and feeling great.

How to ask

Send a text with a one-line message and a direct link to your Google review page. 'Hey Sarah, really enjoyed working with you. If you've got 60 seconds, a quick Google review means the world to a small team like ours. Here's the link.' That's it.

Automate it

Tag the job as complete in your CRM, and let an automation send the request. You will forget to ask. The automation won't.

Reply to every review

Even a one-line 'Thanks Sarah, was a pleasure.' Google reads replies as activity, and prospects read them to see how you handle people.
